Hi, I’m Ian Padget, MSc, the founder of I.M.P Sports Therapy. With over nine years of experience, I specialise in treating sports injuries, chronic pain, and enhancing general wellbeing. Equipped with a purpose-built Sports Therapy Studio, I offer a range of specialised services, including injury consultations, sports massages, acupuncture, and personalised training programmes.

Ian's care in helping to sort a shoulder problem has been exceptional and turned around a year long injury in just a few weeks giving me back complete and pain free mobility in my arm and shoulder. Ian was remarkable over the course of a year with massage therapy, acupuncture and training exercises. I'm back to being able to do what I love thanks to his skills and patience. I had a severe migraine for long years and He made them almost totally gone.  He communicates the problems details and willing to help and share some fitness tips for improvement.  The receptionist very friendly too, convenient area and spacious parking.  I never think twice to drive up for a session.  Happy and recommended.
