I.M.P Sports Therapy- Ian Padget MSc
Growing up in East Sussex I was always a very active child and had a passion for all sports. I eventually found my main sport Rugby aged 11 and have been playing it ever since. Being a rugby player, I know all about the aches and pains after games as well and have suffered the odd injury too. I have become a Sports Therapist to help people though the injuries and help them get back onto the pitch, wicket or track.
Although my main area is dealing with sports related injuries, I am aware not everybody is an athlete so I also provide treatments for those with longer term chronic pain or those people with daily aches and pains. I feel very passionate about helping people to live a pain free life and can work to increase mobility and aid general wellbeing.
I obtained my Masters degree in Sports Therapy from London metropolitan University in 2016, and I run my clinic from GL Fitness in Hailsham. I have links with the local rugby club Hellingly RFC and a local Karate club CMA Karate.
